Ocean freight

Charter (contract) Certifies the existence and content of the freight contract. Used in the tramp (irregular) shipping. It contains:

  • the name of the charter;
  • information about the sender, the carrier and the goods receiver;
  • name of the vessel;
  • information about the right to vessels substitution;
  • Information about loads;
  • data on the loading and unloading ports
  • procedure for freight payment;
  • laytime;
  • penalty for the laytime delay / bonus for lay time reduction.
Burns note Allows using the vessel tonnage, which is free of general cargo. It is applied while bulk freight delivery on regular lines.
Booking note Allows booking a place on a ship. It is applied while the freight delivery on regular lines.
Sea waybill Confirms the existence of an ocean freight contract.
Air freight
The contract on international air freight fulfilment Concluded between the shipper and the carrier while international air freight delivery. It includes:

Air waybill Confirms the existence of an air freight delivery contract. It contains:

  • the declared goods value;
  • data of departure and arrival airports;
  • information about the cost and services payment procedures.
Trucking
The contract on international Concluded between the shipper and the carrier while international trucking delivery.

Multimodal transport
Multimodal transport document Confirms the existence of a multimodal transport contract (performed by different means of transport). It is issued by an operator who accepts goods under his own responsibility It contains:

  • information about the shipper and the operator;
  • cargo information;
  • information about the route;
  • data about used means of transport;
  • information about freight charges.
Documents for Freight Forwarders
Invoice (invoice- Issued by the seller to the buyer. It contains:
specification, invoice proforma)
  • Data on the unit price;
  • information about cost of goods;
  • main shipment terms;
  • cost of shipment and payment procedure;
  • cargo insurance information.
Cargo manifest (shipment A list of all goods transported on a particular vehicle
certification)
Freight manifest Contains information about goods delivery by a vehicle, as well as information about transportation fees and other expenses.
Packing list Contains information about the sender and recipient of the goods, as well as:

  • weight characteristics of the goods;
  • packing characteristics;
  • number of seats and cargo units at each place;
  • size and scope of places;
  • Net and gross weight of the cargo;
  • FEACN codes.
Quality Certificates Certify that goods conform to international standards.
Permisson for the cargo shipping Instructions for goods loading and delivery to any country.
