Charter (contract) |
Certifies the existence and content of the freight contract. Used in the tramp (irregular) shipping. It contains:
- the name of the charter;
- information about the sender, the carrier and the goods receiver;
- name of the vessel;
- information about the right to vessels substitution;
- Information about loads;
- data on the loading and unloading ports
- procedure for freight payment;
- laytime;
- penalty for the laytime delay / bonus for lay time reduction.

Burns note |
Allows using the vessel tonnage, which is free of general cargo. It is applied while bulk freight delivery on regular lines. |
Booking note |
Allows booking a place on a ship. It is applied while the freight delivery on regular lines. |
Sea waybill |
Confirms the existence of an ocean freight contract. |
Air freight |
